Streamline document management by breaking large PDFs into meaningful parts and attaching or downloading each segment instantly from within your Business Central environment.

Features

Segment Definition:

• Define one or more named split segments, each with a custom page range (e.g. 1-3, 5, 7-10)
• Use the one-click "Split Each Page" action to automatically create one segment per page
• Segment names become the output file names (.pdf extension added automatically)
• Total page count displayed in the dialog to help define valid ranges

Attach or Download:

• Save each segment as a new PDF attachment on the same document
• Download segments directly to your device as separate PDF files
• Each created attachment inherits document context (Table, No., Line No., Document Type)
• Page count automatically stored on each new attachment

Setup & Control:

• Optional automatic deletion of the original PDF after a successful split
• Actions are disabled for non-PDF files and single-page PDFs
• Works on all document types that support attachments in Business Central
